Scott, I meet your wife at Arkansas Childrens the other day. I am a travel nurse here until mid to end of April. I started doing crossfit on my last assignment in Nashville. I am pretty much a beginner. I have done excersize stuff all my life ( 5 ironman), not in Ironman shape now however. I really think I will benefit from the overall body strength and flexibility and balance it brings. Being somewhat new and not confident over all the aspects what class would you suggest? I would be committed to 3 x week due to nursing schedules I don’t thnk I can make it back to work in the morning or after work don’t think I could make to your late work out. Sat will continue to be an option in the future? I see you don’t have a workout for this week on Sat.

Once upon a time, my husband and I were very atltheic and fit fast forward a bit and now we’re not, especially me. Can 50-somethings do this? I miss my flexibility, strength and lung power and my smaller jeans.Also, is there a couples rate? My husband is an active firefighter. Will that make it more affordable?Are there beginner classes to learn what to do?
