I’m interested in joining Rock City Crossfit – how do I get started?

We love to hear that! The first step is coming in and trying a free introductory class. It’s not mandatory to complete the free intro class to join Rock City Crossfit but it is highly recommended

 

We offer two orientation classes a week by appointment only, you can come Wednesday night at 7:30 PM or we offer two classes on Saturdays one at 8AM and the other at noon.

 

During the class the coaches will be more then happy to answer any of your questions. The only thing you need to bring is you or you and a friend (remember it’s Free), excited and ready to workout.

We do ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class to fill out the proper paperwork on the first day. Other than that have fun, ask as many questions as you’d like, and push yourself to see what you can really do.

Just remember this intro class is a learning experience, not a “gut check”, you can’t fail, it’s designed to introduce you to the CrossFit methodology, the core CrossFit movements, and the intensity of the workouts. So don’t kill yourself on the first day, you will have plenty of time for that later.
