2 Partner relay
Take the sum of the oldest athlete and the youngest athletes ages and multiply by 100 and complete that distance as a partner team.

20 Minutes As many rounds as possible:
Run 400 Meters
10 Push jerks (135/ 95)
12 Pistol Squats
For Time:
Complete 500 Double unders
on the top of each minute complete 3 Squat snatches (135/85)
Max reps in 2 minutes
Muscle ups
Toes to bar
Burpee’s
For Time:
Run 400 Meters
30 Kettle Bell Swings (2Pood/ 1.5 Pood)
Run 400 Meters
30 Front Squats (135/ 95)
Run 400 Meters
30 Pullups
Run 400 Meters
30 Burpees over bar
